If you don’t have the plugins, they should install automatically. Please wait while each one installs. If you have the plugins or if they have been installed successfully, the samples below will play and you will see Installation complete.
If you don’t see Installation complete above the sample, you will have to install the plugin manually. Follow the instructions below.

Click the link above to install Shockwave. You will go to Adobe Shockwave Player Download Center. Read the instructions and click on Download Now. Be patient: The installation may take up to 30 minutes.
When you see Installation complete, your installation is successful.
Important message: While using the course, you may be invited to upgrade your version of Shockwave. Do not accept the upgrade. Click on the Update later button.
Click the link above to install Flash. You will go to Adobe Flash Player Download Center. Read the instructions and click on Download Now. The installation should only take a minute
or two on a 56k modem.
Important message: You may need to click the gold bar at the top of the browser
window to allow the install. (Windows XP)
When you see Installation complete, your installation is successful.
